How we work
We take great pride at Azon Media in developing to strict processes and adhering to Project Management standards. Each project that is undertaken by Azon Media is first of all translated into a specification after speaking and meeting with the client where possible, after the requirements have been gathered and a timescale is assigned to the project, this is managed very closely by a Project Manager.
Each project has an individual Project Manager and information is passed back to the client on a weekly basis with regards to the status of the project.
If a client also requires Project Management on an external project, which has been initially started by another vendor, but complications arise we can also supply Project Managers on a per contract basis to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner.
Our Process
- Initial Talks - contact us for a no obligation discussion. We will take time to understand your requirements, answer your questions and explain how we can help your business.
- Fixed-price quote - we will send you a no-obligation quote with details of the work required.
- Contract signed - we will agree contract details and deposit payment will be made.
- Register domains - if required, we will register domain name(s) on your behalf and set up a web hosting account.
- Detailed discussions - we will carefully analyze your requirements and confirm these via on-site meetings, email and telephone as necessary.
- Content provision - you will provide us with detailed information on your company, the products you sell, images and complete copy for the web site. We may recommend slight changes in supplied copy in order to assist in search engine ranking.
- Construction - we begin design and build of the web site, incorporating design elements as agreed. We will research most effective search engine phrases for your business.
- Initial draft - we provide a first draft for your approval. At this stage element's of the design can be changed.
- Final draft - we work to produce a final draft which will form the basis for the rest of the site. Your full input will be encouraged throughout this process when you may request alterations.
- Final version - we will complete the web site, ensuring it fulfills the requirements established in the design stage.
- Web site published - the web site is published for preview on demo hosting.
- Web site live - Final payment is made and the website is transferred across to the live url.
- Materials supplied - Materials posted or handed to the client including Source Code, Database Source, Design Materials and input documentation.
No Vendor Lock-In
Unlike a lot of development houses we provide our clients with the full source code and design materials created in the process. To explain this in simple terms we provide you with the code for your website on DVD so if in future you want to take this to another web development company you have the freedom to do this.
This allows you to have full control over your product and not be tied to a specific Vendor.

Quality Assurance
We follow strict standards at Azon Media for quality assurance and every project we undertake is tested fully using the strict procedures to ensure the client is delivered a fully functional tested product.
We do testing using three different Operating systems - Windows, GNU/Linux, MAC OS X under several browsers: Internet Explorer versions 7 and 8, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Konqueror.
We do not hand over a product unless it is 100% functional and tested completely by our in-house team.
